zombie ride anyone? mr. Nun on a big ruck wanted to invite everyone to this shindig. i quote:

So next Saturday marks ZOMBIE CRAWL 2010. Whos down for ascending into this 16th street bloodbath!!! This year they have, for reasons that make my eyes wanna roll, opted to not start at dusk as they have in the past but start at 2 in the afternoon. I say we meet around 2, hang out for a bit and then drive down there when we've all assembled. I have spoken to some rivals and some friendlies already about it but I'd like to officially invite anyone out- It'd be supercool to see any hhooligans; dmbk, this would be right up ya'lls ally too! ANYONE who can make it out, this could be a potentially really cool event- I took the night off work, as i do not f**k around when it comes to zombies.

We will Meet at Streets of London at 2!!! I've got a thumbs up and a happy welcome from the staff, I'm really good friends with the Manager Steph and she is hyped n cannot wait to see us all zombied out!!!

*There is an amazing zombie makeup tutorial I found on youtube- LOOK IT UP. Its a 2 pt segment- Tried it out yesterday and it works great *but takes time to dry so if you go this route do it well before meetup time.

As far as routing goes it'll be pretty easy- Straight down colfax with all the other walking dead!!!!

I say we should make the BIG BLUE BEAR @ the convention center our parking point and then creepy crawl onto 16th from there. The Park at Arapahoe and 16th marks the zombie crawl ground zero- I hear this year they are gonna have zombie movies projected as a backdrop for the carnage!

Try and dress as bloody and as gross as possible- The more over the top we go, the better. *I'm covering my entire scooter in blood!!! Feel free to do the same!!! GOOGLE FAKE BLOOD- Good, inexpensive recipes.

*I realize this conflicts with a misfit toys ride- feel free to ride with them to lookout mt. if you have already committed- that crew rocks!!!

okay, this is not fascinating right off the bat and I KNOW it's North Carolina, but - just read on down.

Clayton man charged with habitual impaired driving

Raleigh, N.C. — A Clayton man has been charged with habitual impaired driving after a Wake County sheriff's deputy says he was driving a moped while drunk Saturday.

Deputies wrote in an arrest warrant that Eric F. Scarborough, of 322 W. Second St., was driving his moped erratically on Poole Road. He had red, glassy eyes and an strong odor of alcohol but refused to take a blood test, the warrant states.

okay, so that is in no way interesting EXCEPT: when did "habitual impaired driving" become a charge? I AM FRIGHTENED U GUYZ SRSLY. tell me this is not some wacky new law enforcement trend that is sweeping the nation.
